n Cabinet sides and top ﬁlled with 1" thick insulation.

n Oversize drawer handle.

n Heavy duty 14 gauge stainless steel drawer slides are

removable for easy cleaning.

n Each self closing drawer includes one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless

steel pan, one recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and

one humidity control.

n One 475 watt (3.96 amp) heating element per drawer.

n Requires 120 volt, 60 Hz, single phase power supply.
